We had a pleasant stay at the resort with some lovely facilities and a nice atmosphere. The customer service was a standout feature, particularly from specific team members who went above and beyond. However, the dining options could use some improvement, and we encountered issues with lost items that diminished the experience slightly.
I had a lovely stay at this resort. It was clean and beautifully designed, and the convenience of the transportation options really stood out. The food options on-site weren't the greatest, but overall, the experience was great. I would definitely come back, especially if I stock up on groceries beforehand.
Our stay at Coronado Springs was a blend of highs and lows. The customer service, particularly from Christian, made a real impact on our experience, going above and beyond to add some magic to our trip. On the flip side, the dining options left a bit to be desired, and we had challenges with room placements and service during our stay. Overall, it felt like a comfortable spot for families, but improvements are definitely needed in some areas.

However, the service was quite inconsistent, and the experience could feel less family-friendly, especially in the new Tower area. The location at the resort is convenient, yet the ongoing renovations detracted from the overall aesthetic and impact. Overall, it's a mix of positives and areas needing improvement.
I had an incredible time at this resort! The beautiful grounds, featuring stunning fountains and peaceful courtyards, truly set the scene for relaxation after busy park days. Our room was comfortable and cozy, and despite the long walks around the property, I appreciated the exercise. The only downside was the lack of immediate communication regarding my lost phone, which I found quite disappointing. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay.
